This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and interprofessional collaboration practices on the performance of healthcare workers, with clinical leadership as a moderating variable in the Emergency Department of Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. Data collection was conducted through a total census method on 39 healthcare workers consisting of doctors, nurses, and midwives. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that compliance with SOPs had a positive and significant effect on healthcare worker performance. In addition, interprofessional collaboration was also shown to have a positive and significant effect in improving healthcare worker performance. Clinical leadership acted as a moderating variable that strengthened the relationship between SOP compliance and interprofessional collaboration on healthcare worker performance, thus indicating a quasi-moderation effect. These findings confirm that the implementation of consistent work procedures, effective interprofessional communication and coordination, and strong clinical leadership are important factors in improving the quality of healthcare services, especially in emergency services. This research provides implications for hospital management to strengthen clinical leadership systems and collaborative culture to support continuous improvement in service quality.
