Implementasi Program Syarqi Awwal dalam Meningkatkan Maharah Kalam di Lembaga Kursus Markaz Arabiyyah Kediri, Pare

The Syarqi Awwal Program at Markaz Arabiyyah Pare, Kediri, is renowned for its innovative integrated Arabic language program package. This study aims to describe the management of the program, particularly in the maharah kalam class, based on G Terry's theory, with a focus on planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the case study method. Data was collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively using the Miles and Huberman approach. The results of the study indicate that the planning of the Syarqi Awwal program ensures that the program runs effectively and aligns with the needs of the participants. Program organization is key to the implementation of the Syarqi Awwal program. The institution's managers establish a clear organizational structure, including task distribution among instructors, program coordinators, and support staff. The implementation of the Syarqi Awwal program is carried out in accordance with the established plan and organizational structure. Implementation also involves the use of learning media such as videos, audio recordings, and relevant reading materials to support the learning process. Finally, the evaluation of the Syarqi Awwal program at the Markaz Arabiyyah Course Institution is divided into two parts. The first is an evaluation of each 'Ashfu al Dzhihni lesson. The second is an evaluation at the end of each week or on Fridays, where program participants are given test questions to answer.
