Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik : Studi Literatur

. High-quality public service is an important indicator in achieving good governance. However, in practice, the quality of public services in Indonesia still faces various challenges, such as low levels of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in service delivery. This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance principles in improving public service quality through a literature review approach. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study technique, by examining various secondary sources, including scientific journals, books, and relevant regulations. The results show that the implementation of good governance principles namely transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness, and efficiency has a significant role in improving the quality of public services. However, its implementation is still not optimal due to several obstacles, such as limited human resources, weak supervisory systems, low public participation, and uneven utilization of digital technology in public services.Overall, there is a strong relationship between the implementation of good governance and the quality of public services, where better implementation leads to higher service quality. Therefore, comprehensive and sustainable efforts are needed to strengthen the implementation of good governance principles in order to achieve more effective, transparent, and citizen-oriented public services.
