Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed social interactions, communication patterns, and behavioral dynamics in modern society. This study aims to examine how the emergence of digital society influences social behavior through a systematic literature review approach. The review synthesizes findings from interdisciplinary research in sociology, communication studies, and information technology to identify key trends, behavioral shifts, and underlying mechanisms driving social change. The findings indicate that digitalization has reshaped social behavior through increased connectivity, changes in communication patterns, the rise of online identities, and the formation of digital communities. However, these transformations also present challenges, including reduced face-to-face interaction, information overload, and the spread of misinformation. The study highlights the importance of digital literacy and ethical awareness in fostering responsible digital behavior.
